12-Week Mentorship Program
Our signature 12-week mentorship program equips young adults with the life skills, confidence, and support needed to overcome personal barriers, set meaningful goals, and build a foundation for long-term success through weekly group sessions and one-on-one mentorship.
Young Adult Mentorship (Ages 18–24)
Designed specifically for young adults ages 18–24, this program provides guidance, accountability, and encouragement during the transition into adulthood. Participants receive support in personal development, education, employment, decision-making, and healthy relationships.
Workforce Development
This program prepares participants to enter and succeed in today's workforce by developing professional skills, workplace communication, problem-solving abilities, and career readiness through hands-on learning and employer partnerships.
Employment Readiness
Participants receive practical assistance with resume writing, job searches, interview preparation, professional attire, and job placement support to help them secure and maintain meaningful employment.
Financial Literacy
Our financial literacy program teaches essential money management skills, including budgeting, saving, banking, credit building, debt management, and financial goal setting, empowering participants to make informed financial decisions.
Leadership Development
Participants develop leadership skills through character-building activities, team projects, community engagement, and personal growth opportunities that encourage integrity, responsibility, and service to others.
Life Coaching
Life coaching provides individualized support to help participants identify personal goals, overcome challenges, build healthy habits, increase self-confidence, and create actionable plans for lasting personal and professional growth.
Faith-Based Leadership
This optional program encourages participants to develop strong moral character and servant leadership principles through biblical values, mentorship, and opportunities for personal reflection, spiritual growth, and community service.
Entrepreneurship
Aspiring entrepreneurs learn the fundamentals of starting and growing a business, including business planning, financial management, marketing, customer service, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
Community Resource Navigation
Participants are connected with trusted community partners and resources that support housing stability, education, healthcare, transportation, food assistance, and other essential services that promote long-term success.
Volunteer & Community Engagement
Participants are encouraged to give back through volunteer opportunities and community service projects that build leadership, strengthen civic responsibility, and foster meaningful community connections.
