Walk The Way Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through leadership development, mentorship, life coaching, workforce readiness, and community support.
Founded by Brohdny Ricketts, Walk The Way Inc. was created to address a growing need within our communities: young people are not simply looking for activities they are looking for guidance, accountability, opportunity, and purpose.
Our organization uses sports, mentorship, leadership development, and practical life skills training as vehicles to help youth and young adults build confidence, develop character, and create pathways toward long-term success.
We believe that everybody matters, and we are committed to strengthening individuals mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually.

Brohdny Ricketts is the Founder and Executive Director of Walk The Way INC, bringing over 15 years of basketball coaching experience and a passion for youth development and mentorship. Brohdny holds his masters of Social Work with a focus Children Youth & Family.
A proud United States Army veteran who served in Iraq, Brohdny carries leadership, discipline, and service into every aspect of his work. His mission is to use athletics as a tool to develop not only skilled athletes but strong, responsible, and spiritually grounded individuals.
Through his leadership, Walk The Way has grown into a program focused on building character, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for youth and families.
